If you could be any fictional character, who would you be and why?
Artemis Fowl because I loved reading the books while growing up. Honestly, who doesn't want to be a child genius that spends time with a secret magical world?
What advice would you give to your first-year self?
Try not to overwhelm yourself. Don't start college off by taking too many credits and joining every club that you sign up for at the activities fair. Make sure you get your bearings, and then figure out where your true passions and interests lie.

Favorite Part of Engineering:
Engineering serves to solve issues that will benefit people and makes the unsatisfactory satisfactory. It's really about making life better for others and I love that.

Things You like to do when You're not being an Engineer:
TV, spending time with friends, reading, watching Kdramas (guilty pleasure), art, and DIY projects.
If you could be any fictional character, who would you be and why?
Suki from Avatar: Last Airbender because she has qualities I can identify with, she's a warrior and just the bomb.com, and of course her boyfriend is Sokka :) I low-key thought of being Azula as well because I want the lightning powers, but I'll let it go because she's crazy...
What advice would you give to your first-year self?
Go to office hours. Don't try to figure everything out by yourself because it's ok to ask for help. In fact, you build more relationships by doing so! It's also ok if you haven't figured out your way yet, you will soon enough.

If you could be any fictional character, who would you be and why?
Natty Bumppo (also known as Hawkeye or La Longue Carbine) from James Fenimore Cooper's "The Last of the Mohicans" because he represents the era and spirit of the unclaimed and uncharted American frontier which I find utterly fascinating.
What advice would you give to your first-year self?
Failure is an inevitable part of life but it does not have to be final. Learn from your failures and never stop giving your all.
